Have you found yourself struggling to improve?
I believe it was Benjamin Franklin who only took on 1 or 2 challenges to improve at a time. But he took on 4 to 6 strengths to improve on.
For the sake of this post let’s assume that 1 represents a weak spot. And 10 represents the strongest you can be. So let’s say you have an area where you are 5 and you want to be a 10, how can you get there? Focus on it and not your weaknesses.
