My Email Company, and Why I Use Them
One thing you must have for Internet Business is a good Email system with good customer support and my choice is Aweber.
They are so broadly used that they have many of the technical stuff figured out. You can even connect with PayPal now, and the customer will be added to the right list based on what they bought.
I have used MailChimp and they seem to be good, BUT one major difference is how you can port a response list in Aweber! All you need is the code from one list and you can fill a new list with response emails, it’s that simple.
Also with what I have seen the Autoresponder is not free anymore in MailChimp. This of course is included with Aweber.
A big factor for me is not when things are running smooth but when they go wrong, how does that company respond? I made a goof with my account and they (Aweber) took care of it in short order! I was very happy with their customer service.
